FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING –

 - All orders are despatched within 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation

 - Our shipping services are via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class 

 - Royal Mail estimates their 1st class service is a 1 day delivery time (from sending)

 - Royal Mail estimates their 2nd class service  is 2-3 day delivery time (from sending)

 - Please note we currently only ship within the UK

 - Click & Collect or Free Local Drop Off is offered on orders within a 10-mile radius of the LE9 postcode 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES –

 - If your item arrives faulty please email us at enquiries@scotts-lifestyle.co.uk with your order number and photos within 3 days of receiving your purchase

 - If you change your mind and would like to exchange or return an item, please email us at enquiries@scotts-lifestyle.co.uk with your order number and brief feedback with the reason why within 3 days of receiving your purchase. It will be decided who will pay return postage at this point

 - Returned items must sent back to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. 

 - Items that are not re-saleable will not qualify for an exchange or refund. 

 - Please allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed


CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER –

 - If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of the order being placed, please contact us on either 07803 181185 or at enquiries@scotts-lifestyle.co.uk

 - Upon despatch, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number

 - Please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track to track your order

What if the product I would like to order is out of stock?

Occasionally we may run out of your favourite product, please feel free to contact us and we will always do our best to provide you with the item as soon as we can, subject to the components being in stock with our suppliers. 


 What if my Scotts purchase is being sent as a gift?

To reduce paper use, invoices are not included in your parcel making it more discreet if ordering a Scotts product as a gift. All purchases come with a handwritten note, so pls feel free to let us know what you would like on your note if it is being sent direct to the recipient 


How do I become a stockist?
