Returns
We take pride in every order we send, but if you are unhappy with your item or there is a fault, please email enquiries@scotts-lifestyle.co.uk with your order number and a photo within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If you change your mind items can be returned within 14 days of receipt but must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost and the original postage paid will not form part of the refund. Unfortunately any items that are used or are not re-saleable will not qualify for a refund. Pls allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed...
